I draw on my extensive experience as a certified personal fitness trainer, yoga instructor and lifestyle coach, to provide my clients with effective, efficient - yet challenging - workouts that give results. Whether you are seeing on-going personal training or a take-away program designed specifically for you, I will help you meet and exceed your fitness goals. You can choose to work with me from one to three times a week.
