This is a personal favorite of mine by Mary Ann Roadacher and here is my interpretation of it...

Live with Intention. To be intentional is to pre-pave the road ahead of you in every action that you take. Clearly state how you want your day to go or what you want. Visualize it, see it, feel it, then move forward into your intention.
Walk to the Edge. How can you really know what is beyond, unless you walk to the edge and feel where it ends or stops or drops off. Beyond the edge are all the possibilities that you have not yet conceived, beyond the edge is where your dreams take off.
Listen Hard. To listen, to place your agenda aside and step into the another's universe, to truly understand and be fully, present. This is the greatest gift.
Practice Wellness . You are given the gift of your body - you are your body. If you don't take care of your body, where will you live?
Play with Abandon. And don't wait for the weekend. Look at all of the opportunities in every moment to play and be playful - to delight in everything.
Laugh. I can't imagine not living each day without joy and laughter - it's the natural way of being for humans - just hang out with kids!
Choose No Regrets . Choose that which you cannot change, choose it freely and with full acceptance. Choose to stand only in what you can be and do today.
Do What You Love . Or love what you do. Be passionate about your chosen profession. Find the sacred in all that you do.
Live as if This is All There Is. Actually, this is all there is. Right here. Right now. Ready to Embrace a Healthy Life?
